Please note when choosing us you agree to the following information:

• We charge a minimum of 1 hour on all hourly rate work, further charges are added in 30 minute intervals
• Payment must be made in full upon receipt of our invoice. Payment can be made by credit/debit card or cash
• All our quoted fixed prices are subject to VAT. These prices can be communicated either verbally or in writing upon request, before we start any work
• We provide estimates upon request; these are free for our customers
• Once works commence, the collection of materials for any items we don’t hold in stock is kept to a minimum, and the charge for this will not exceed 45 minutes of the hourly rate for that trade
